2. The Campaign applies only to services explicitly included within the promotional package described on this page. Any services outside the stated scope will be quoted and charged separately.
   Promotional pricing applies only to the first invoice issued for the relevant engagement. All subsequent annual, recurring, or renewal charges will be billed at Berru.co’s standard rates.
3. Campaign packages are intended as simplified entry offers. Final scope and pricing may be adjusted based on actual business requirements, including but not limited to:
   • shareholder and director composition
   • jurisdictional coverage
   • regulatory, compliance, or operational complexity
4. Services not expressly stated as part of the Campaign — including additional structuring, advisory work, regulatory applications, or third-party services — are excluded and will be billed separately.
   Campaign benefits are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Solo Founder Pack (“Package”):

1. The Solo Founder Pack is designed for businesses with:
   • a single individual acting as founder and shareholder; and
   • straightforward ownership and management structures at the point of engagement.
2. Eligibility is subject to review during onboarding.
3. The Package covers only the services expressly stated in the Solo Founder Pack description. It is intended as a foundational setup to support early-stage operations.
4. Any services outside the stated scope — including additional structuring, advisory work, regulatory applications, or third-party services — will be quoted and charged separately.
5. Promotional or packaged pricing applies only to the initial engagement under the Solo Founder Pack. Ongoing annual, recurring, or renewal services will be billed at Berru.co’s standard rates.
6. The Package is priced on the assumption of:
   • a single shareholder and director
   • limited jurisdictional exposure
   • low to moderate operational complexity
7. Where actual circumstances differ, Berru.co reserves the right to revise scope, pricing, or service approach accordingly.
8. As the business evolves — including changes to ownership, fundraising, cross-border activity, or regulatory exposure — the Solo Founder Pack may no longer be appropriate. In such cases, services may transition to a more suitable engagement model.
9. The Package does not include:
   • legal, tax, or regulatory advice
   • licensing or regulated activity approvals
   • complex restructuring or multi-entity setups
   • services provided by external third parties
10. These will be handled under separate engagements where required.
11. The Solo Founder Pack is non-transferable and applies only to the specific entity and founder assessed during onboarding.

7. Node Asia Services Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation, delayed client responses, third-party providers, or regulatory authorities.
8. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for incorporation, compliance, and accounting services.
